About Amy

I’m Amy: a somatic practitioner, ritual and group facilitator, and mother of three.

For two decades, I’ve supported people to feel, heal, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I am interested in the loving (and sometimes painful) work of ‘growing up’, by offering support to parts of ourselves that may have been arrested in their development.

I hold space with warmth, integrity, irreverence, and deep listening. I receive regular supervision and somatic therapy to stay resourced and responsible in my work.

I’m not here to fix you, or to sell you anything. I’m here to co-create the conditions best suited to support your own intelligence to express itself.

My background training includes:

  • Feldenkrais Practitioner (4 years)

  • Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (3 years)

  • Inner Relationship Focusing (2 years)

  • Women’s Temple Facilitator (5 years)

  • Somatic meditation practitioner through FPMT, and Dharma Ocean (25 Years)

  • Numerous other trainings, including Sacred Rage (Deep Feminine Mystery School) and Cultural Repair (Coming To LIfe).

  • Bachelor of Creative Arts at University of Melbourne/Victorian College Arts  (3 years)
