About Amy
I’m Amy: a somatic practitioner, ritual and group facilitator, and mother of three.
For two decades, I’ve supported people to feel, heal, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I am interested in the loving (and sometimes painful) work of ‘growing up’, by offering support to parts of ourselves that may have been arrested in their development.
I hold space with warmth, integrity, irreverence, and deep listening. I receive regular supervision and somatic therapy to stay resourced and responsible in my work.
I’m not here to fix you, or to sell you anything. I’m here to co-create the conditions best suited to support your own intelligence to express itself.
My background training includes:
Feldenkrais Practitioner (4 years)
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (3 years)
Inner Relationship Focusing (2 years)
Women’s Temple Facilitator (5 years)
Somatic meditation practitioner through FPMT, and Dharma Ocean (25 Years)
Numerous other trainings, including Sacred Rage (Deep Feminine Mystery School) and Cultural Repair (Coming To LIfe).
Bachelor of Creative Arts at University of Melbourne/Victorian College Arts (3 years)
